I started cooking and baking gluten free/vegan foods because it’s so damn hard to find restaurants that cater to both vegan AND gluten free diners. One of the motivating factors for my vegan and gluten-free lifestyle is the fact that my body simply cannot tolerate dairy, gluten, … or itself for that matter.
